Tafernine Studio - designed by travellers for travellers!
We are a couple who truly enjoy travelling. Our joy is to fly to a new destination, rent a car, and go off on to the unbeaten trail, exploring, discovering and living local experiences, food and culture of the country we visit. With this clearly in mind we decided to create a small yet comfortable and well equipped studio, with all the amenities we feel are most important for travellers - a truly relaxing, convenient home base for our guests. Furthermore, the location, Mosta, virtually at the centre of the island, is an ideal place to launch from to explore Malta : 8km from the airport, Valletta and Sliema, 12km from northernmost point of Malta, Cirkewwa and 15km from the southernmost point of Pretty Bay - Birzebbugia!
Sit in the balcony, enjoy a drink, and watch the world go by in the square below, with the magnificent Mosta Rotunda Dome in full view!
Malta is a hot place, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees. So airconditioning is essential. A ceiling fan is also fitted, to ensure full air circulation within the studio.
